Smoothie Time

Summer has finally arrived after months of rain and cloud which means it is smoothie time!

I stumbled upon this idea on a particularly humid evening and now it has become my household's saviour in hot weather.

Take some fruit, I used strawberries, melon and grapes
Add 2 scoops of ice cream 
Pop in some ice cubes
Pour in half a pint/pint of milk 

                                                                         Blend
                                                               Serve up in a cool glass 

                                                                         Enjoy!
